It was a very good hotel with very friendly staff. Especially for the price we got , it was amazingly good hotel. Very good breakfast as well. If I get a similar price again, I will stay again at the hotel.
We booked a 3 bed room. The 3rd sofa cum bed was not too comfortable.

Location for main ski lifts, railway station and main street. Friendly staff especially hotel management. Size of hotel. Food. This is a great quality 3* hotel. I have visited two times - both times for skiing and will stay there again
Room did not have a good view. I suspect some do loook over Zermatt and the Matterhorn.

Highly recommended. Good room decoration & furniture. Simple, fresh but not overtly fashion. Good acoustic insulation. Super clean all over the hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Proper TV with 100 channels, if you like that. ... and frankly an excellent restaurant (La Barrique) downstairs with friendly-family like welcome. Especially the Game (from end of september). Definitely worth a try.
If I have to find something, -I'd say the wireless internet speed was so-so but not overly dramatic and may depend on your room location. -The breakfast room atmosphere slightly different than the rest of hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a ton of great options to start the day right. Make sure to set an early alarm so you don't miss it.

The hotel was a perfect base for our family adventure. We really enjoyed the fresh air at the Zermatt Forest Fun Park, where the zip lines and suspension bridges added excitement for us all. With amazing views of the Matterhorn, our stay was amazing, and the staff welcomed our pets with open arms.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

The staff was very helpful, the sauna and breakfast were nice. It had reasonable price compared to the rest of overpriced Zermatt hotels (but still expensive!).
We lived in the older part of the hotel, and the room was old and very basic. There is no kettle, no cups, no minibar or anything like this. Double bed consisted of two smaller beds put together, and sometimes they moved, creating a gap in the middle of the bed.
