Just a nice choice for a two-day stay in Zermatt with best value for money ratio. The breakfast buffet had a ton of great options to start the day right. Make sure to set an early alarm so you don’t miss it.

The hotel was a perfect base for our family adventure. We really enjoyed the fresh air at the Zermatt Forest Fun Park, where the zip lines and suspension bridges added excitement for us all. With amazing views of the Matterhorn, our stay was truly remarkable, and the staff welcomed our pets with open arms.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar, and fantastic full body massages. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially to my elderly parents during our first visit. I highly recommend it for relaxation.

The spacious room and fantastic breakfast stood out during my stay, enhancing the overall experience. Both the common areas and cozy fireplace created a welcoming atmosphere. However, losing the plastic key card came with a surprise charge, and I found staff interactions to be somewhat less friendly towards Americans, although the wait staff, particularly Roman, was exceptional. The location was convenient, but the average room and food didn’t quite match the high expectations.

stayed at alpine hotel perren for one night. it's just a 5-7 min walk from the train station, and the location is perfect for shopping and dining. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of swiss meats and cheeses. loved the aromatherapy sauna—such a relaxing treat after a long day. also, only four people allowed in the wellness area at a time, which made it even better!

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the fresh air zip lines at the forest fun park and enjoyed skiing at the Gornergrat area. The hotel team provided great info on activities. Breakfast was fantastic, and the location was quiet yet close to everything, just a short walk to the train station.

Our standard room didn’t have a balcony or a great view, which was a bit disappointing, but it was still comfortable and spacious.

The relaxing sauna was ideal after a long day, but the shower temperature fluctuated.
